Shipping

All orders of items are complimentary standard shipping.

There is no extra fee or charge for shipping in the United States. 


Broken or Damaged items

email me with the picture(s) of the broken and damaged item(s).

The email must be within 24 hours after the tracking number stated it is delivered at your shipping address.


You may get a new duplicated item(s) 

OR 

get a different item of your preference at the same value

 OR

get a refund. 


REturns

There is no return or exchange for any items that you had purchased.


Refunds

You Must make THE REQUEST OF CANCELLation THROUGH EMAIL.

IF YOU CANCELLED THE ORDER BEFORE I CREATE A TRACKING NUMBER, YOU WOULD GET YOU REFUND WITHIN A WEEK. 


I WILL NOTIFY YOU WHETHER YOU WILL GET THE REFUND OR NOT. 


THE REFUND WILL BE DONE THROUGH THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU USED TO PAY THE ITEM(S). 


THERE IS NO REFUND FOR ANY SALE ITEMS.
